We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide. **What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience** + Develop core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects. Evaluate and targets potential customer opportunities within the market place. Develop and implement sales marketing strategies to penetrate multiple vertical markets (e.g. education, health care, government and commercial buildings). Focusing on consultants, owners and contractors. + Translate customer needs / requirements into detailed proposals and project plans to meet customer requirements; reviews and approves estimated costs prior to bid; change proposals. + Communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required. + Identify potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines. + Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction. + Work with contractors in the plan and spec market. Perform take-offs and estimates from blueprints. Minimum Experience: 3 years sales, business development or equivalent. Preferred Experience: (but not required): 3+ years of proven Integrated Security Solutions sales experience is strongly preferred. Security systems design and operation knowledge and a general understanding of building electrical, perimeter detection, physical financial security (safes, vaults, drive-ups, etc.), CCTV and/or surveillance systems strongly preferred.
