What you\u0026rsquo;ll do with \u0026ldquo;Our Training and Your Experience\u0026rdquo;

  • Develop core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects.\u0026nbsp; Evaluate and targets potential customer opportunities within the market place.\u0026nbsp; Develop and implement sales marketing strategies to penetrate multiple vertical markets (e.g. education, health care, government and commercial buildings).\u0026nbsp; Focusing on consultants, owners and contractors.\u0026nbsp;
  • Translate customer needs / requirements into detailed proposals and project plans to meet customer requirements; reviews and approves estimated costs prior to bid; change proposals.
  • Communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required.
  • Identify potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
  • Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work with contractors in the plan and spec market.\u0026nbsp; Perform take-offs and estimates from blueprints.\u0026nbsp; Create scope of work and bill of material for proposals.
  • May coach and mentor developing colleagues.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

  • Demonstrated success in proactively sourcing sales \u0026 service opportunities.
  • Ability to adapt to business changes with the ability to influence others.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Experience: 3 years sales, business development or equivalent. Basic knowledge and understanding of IT Networking.

Preferred Experience: (but not required):\u0026nbsp; 3+ years of proven Integrated Security Solutions sales experience is strongly preferred. Security systems design and operation knowledge and a general understanding of building electrical, perimeter detection, CCTV and/or surveillance systems strongly preferred.
