Your Role and Responsibilities
In this SaaS Services role, you will act as the main point of contact for one of our largest clients, receiving and handling hundreds of new EDI work requests on an annual basis. You will oversee these requests with our internal teams and processes and liaise with the client to make sure the team has all the needed information to fulfill the requests. You will conduct frequent client meetings and touchpoints to set timeline and resolution expectations, review progress, cover current and potential issues, and attain additional information needed by the team. Urgent issues will be advanced to you for resolution. You will identify the correct team to work on the issue, provide them with a clear definition of the requirement and then closely follow their progress while keeping the client appraised. In this position, you will be responsible for the entire process and will have the authority to make process improvements as deemed necessary.


Responsibilities:
  • Review Production Enhancement Requests (PER) from client for completeness and correctness
  • Monitor progress and action PERs
  • Weekly/Monthly provide PER status reports to and conduct PER status meetings with client
  • Manage Client issues and concerns, coordinating between PER team, client and trading partner
  • Track client cost and entitlements information
  • Interact with all teams involved in delivery of completed PER requests
  • Work to continuously improve the PER process with clients

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Five years of EDI experience
  • Two years Project Management experience
  • Customer-facing experience


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Quality Project Management experience, five or more years
  • SaaS experience
  • Validated history of productive client relationship or account management
