Under minimal supervision, provides a wide range of general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field.\u0026nbsp; Responsibilities include booking projects, purchasing, billings, collections, shipping/receiving, and warehouse management. Project related responsibilities may include creating bills of material, subcontracts, and warranty letters among others. Responsibilities may also include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, arranging events and other projects as assigned. May provide direction and coaching to less experienced Administrative Assistants or other office staff colleagues.
