Provisions:
Must be full time
Must have completed one (1) or more years of employment
Must be on the payroll at the completion of the course in order to receive reimbursement
Courses must be directly related to the Credit Union’s operations (Accounting, Information Technology, Management, Business, etc) or must declare a degree directly related to the Credit Union’s operations in order for the course of a general nature to be reimbursed.

All In would like to help our employees pay back their student loans.
Provisions:
Must be employed for at least twelve months and can enter the program at anytime
All In will help with up to $100.00 per month additional pay, the $100.00 is taxable income.
On July 1 of each year, must provide HR with a copy of your student loan statement showing your payment amount and/or history.

All In would like to help our employees with children in a childcare facility or paid sitter.
Provisions:
Must be employed for at least six months and can enter the program at anytime.
Age limit of children 0-12 years of age.

On January 1 and July 1 of each year, must provide HR with an updated letter from either the childcare facility or paid sitter.
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR GRADUATING SENIORS OF EMPLOYEES Eligible day of hire
Each year All In awards five $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors of our employees. One of the scholarships mentioned is the LaTisha Freeman Memorial Scholarship. This is in honor of our long-time co-worker and friend who we lost too soon back in December 2020. The application process will begin February-March each year.

ENTRY FEES FOR WALKS/RUNS
All In Credit Union encourages healthy living and supporting worthy causes. To demonstrate the credit union community, All In will pay ½ of the entry fee (maximum $50.00 annually/$25.00 per walk/run) for two races or walks each year per employee. This is for the employee to walk/run in the event. The race/walk must benefit a local non-profit organization.
Employees will submit a copy of the registration form and their receipt. Within one month after the walk, the receipt must be forwarded to the HR Department for reimbursement. The reimbursement will be put in the account the employee uses for their payroll.
REIMBURSEMENT FOR GYM MEMBERSHIPS
All In Credit Union encourages healthy living and embraces a culture of wellness. For those who do not have access to the gym at the Operations Center (Daleville branch is included in the access), we want to help with the cost of a gym membership. All In will reimburse half of your monthly gym membership cost up to a maximum of $25. Here are some examples:
Each quarter you will submit to HR a copy of your debit or credit card statement showing the amount you were billed. The reimbursement will be paid in the last pay period of the month. If you pay annually, we will divide your reimbursement into monthly payments to you.
Employees working at the Operations Center will not qualify for this reimbursement due to having access to the gym at the facility.
PET INSURANCE

We want to help you take care of all of your family members and that’s why, in addition to many other insurance offerings, we also provide access to affordable and comprehensive insurance for your pets.
