1.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services a variety of non-routine systems and equipment for drive up, locksmith and electronic projects.\u0026nbsp; Systems include but are not limited to all manufacturers drive up equipment (including remote drive up), deal drawers, audio and video equipment related to drive up banking.\u0026nbsp; Repairs or replaces damaged components of remote units.

2.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces all components of remote, audio and video equipment.\u0026nbsp; May install, configure, and support a variety of network systems and equipment for assigned projects.\u0026nbsp; Performs preventative maintenance as needed.\u0026nbsp; Acts as a mentor to less experienced staff by using technical knowledge, skills and experience.

3.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Handles moderately complex installations for the remote units such as alert systems.\u0026nbsp; Installs new units with final connections, testing and training.

4.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Responds to moderately complex customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency and after-hours service calls on a timely basis.\u0026nbsp; Work assignments are varied, and of moderate scope and complexity and may require originality and ingenuity in some situations.

5.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Identifies potential project challenges, communicates to appropriate parties and assists in the development and implementation of strategies to minimize deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.

6.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Inspects completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements, and compliance with applicable with manufacturers specifications.\u0026nbsp; Refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.

7.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Estimates cost, time, and materials for replacement equipment.

8.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Cleans, maintains, adjusts, calibrates, and services equipment used in the performance of duties.

9.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Executes all work in accordance with State and local regulations, general best practices as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.\u0026nbsp; Uses strong troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software systems.

10.\u0026nbsp; Acts as \u0026ldquo;our customer\u0026rsquo;s best service provider\u0026rdquo; at all times thereby ensuring Convergint Technologies is the customer\u0026rsquo;s first choice for service.

11.\u0026nbsp; Communicates with and works with the other team members consistently to improve overall operations of the Convergint Technology Center, and company.\u0026nbsp; May advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, installation techniques and standards as well as suggestions for product improvements.

12.\u0026nbsp; Keeps up to date and informed on all company policies.

13.\u0026nbsp; Presents a professional image of Convergint Technologies at all times in appearance and behavior.

14.\u0026nbsp; Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Job Skills Requirements:\u0026nbsp;

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Video Recorders (DVR\u0026rsquo;s) and Network Video Recorders (NVR\u0026rsquo;s) connected to the remote system
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Customer Focus \u0026ndash; Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet of the needs and wants of the customer
  • Advanced communication skills both oral and written
  • Adaptability \u0026ndash; Responds effectively to changes in situation or information
  • Must be able to pass high level security clearance
