Some examples include: verifying flagged transactions, caller authentication, reporting an account as fraud, etc. Takes incoming calls and referrals from other departments, and may make outbound calls at times.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EHandles inbound servicing calls from customers; completes necessary fraud verification, includes caller authentication, transaction verification, etc., utilizing excellent customer service skills.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECollects necessary information and completes a fraud report when the customer confirms unauthorized account activity.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEnsures proper follow-up or escalation of account based on call outcome.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMakes outbound calls to verify account activity with the customer.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003EINDDFS\u003Cbr\u003ESAJDFS \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003Cbr\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPreferred Qualifications\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EIf we had our say, we would also look for:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EH.S.
