- Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Manage, Recruit, and hire Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
- Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline; finds new and creative ways of engaging with customers.
- Responsible for capturing the attention of potential customers and presenting new solutions and services that the CTC has to offer.
- Manage the performance and development of the Account Executives.
- Prepare action plans for individuals as well as for team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Ensure that customers are informed of new product/service introductions and prices.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Conduct one-on-one reviews with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive
