1.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Develops a business plan and sales strategy that compliments and enhances CTC sales goals and profitability.

2.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Recruits, and hires Account Executives.

3.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Responsible for creating, monitoring and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.\u0026nbsp; Finds new and creative ways of engaging with customers.\u0026nbsp; Responsible for capturing the attention of potential customers and presenting new solutions and services that the CTC has to offer.

4.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.

5.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Prepares action plans for individuals as well as for team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.\u0026nbsp; Ensures that customers are informed of new product/service introductions and prices.

6.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

7.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive\u0026rsquo;s sales and activity performance.\u0026nbsp; Provides feedback to senior management regarding performance.\u0026nbsp; Managerial responsibilities include but are not limited to:\u0026nbsp; mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; project budget.

8.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Works with team to provide competitive pricing on proposals and strives to maintain maximum profit margin.

9.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.\u0026nbsp; Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.

10.\u0026nbsp; Manages budget and improves forecasting accuracy for sales function and projects, ensures cost efficiency

11.\u0026nbsp; Collaborates with Convergint colleagues (Ops, Legal, Finance etc.) to ensure jobs are planned and executed properly.
