This Business Development Manager is positioned to lead our efforts to grow advanced computer vision analytics across our global and enterprise customer base for not only security use cases but also safety, operations, process improvements, and others. **Who You Are** You have past experiences selling AI, ML, and other advanced computer vision analytics. You have a good understanding of what it takes to successfully deploy advanced computer vision solutions. You can write clear and concise requirements documents or specifications for computer vision projects while also helping customers understand and document the business outcomes and benefits. You are someone who is creative, energic, a self-starter, and enjoys new challenges. You will have strong relationship building skills, business analysis, working knowledge of how advanced computer vision technology such as AI, ML, and Cloud resources can be deployed using IP Cameras. You will enjoy a fast-moving pace and stay on top of technology trends, innovations, and developments in the industry. **Who You'll Work With** You will be a vital member of a high-performance team that is responsible for expanding Convergints vertical strategy and growing advance computer vision analytics business in the North America region. You will work closely with multiple CTC (branch) teams in the area and with a large and complementary group of business development and sales colleagues across Convergint Nation. You will also collaborate closely with your colleagues across Convergint that are engaged in other strategic initiatives and driving technology and innovations. **What you will do with our support and your expertise:** + Drive new business development in the market to achieve total annual sales goals for the region. + Establish 3-year company wide sales goals for the partners: + Create KPIs and other goals: 3 year booking goals, Market Development Funds, and other resources, leads from partners (goal is 40% of the funnel from the partner). + Develop and manage eco-system partners network. Be the champion for partners including AWS, Microsoft, Nvidia, Lenovo, Advantech, Intel, Lumeo, IronYun, Oosto, Axis, Azena, Camio, Abient, and others. + Coordinate sales marketing campaigns with Convergints marketing department: + Capture USPs + Complete the marketing one-pager + Prepare and host internal and external webinars + Complete Case Study templates from project wins + Conduct marketing and promotional events within select markets/regions + Team up with CTC (branch) colleagues and other Strategic Initiatives teams to penetrate existing accounts to grow their adoption of computer vision analytics with existing and new IP cameras. + Capture and develop prospect accounts in the vertical and support the set-up of the account management program and continual growth. + Align, promote, and fully support the implementation of vertical vision, strategies, and goals; gain related knowledge to provide SME support to CTC colleagues. + Present solutions: + Create and present internal presentations to Digital Transformation Ops team to obtain budget and labor hour approvals + Create and present internal presentations to CTC Ops team to obtain budget and labor hour approvals + Create and co-present approved solution to the customer + Create and present booking packages to local CTC Ops teams to book won contracts + Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. **Measurable Results:** + Manage sales funnels and keep ScoreCard and SmartSheet trackers up to date + Report on Biz Dev efforts as needed + Update leadership on business development activities within CTCs + SELL ADVANCED COMPUTER VISION ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS + BOOK $20M+ ($10M credit) annually 1. YEAR 1 ~$.5M 2. YEAR 2 ~2.5M 3. YEAR 3 ~$5M 4. YEAR 4 ~ $7M 5. Year 5 ~ $10M **Credentials:** + Extensive and deep knowledge of AI Computer Vision Analytics with IP cameras + Ability to think strategically and develop new strategies and execute tactics for growth + Strong negotiation and closing skills + Experience with Security and/or Fire technologies, solutions and related services would be a plus + Excellent verbal and written communications skills + Shown ability to engage cross-function colleagues in Marketing, business development, sales, and operations + Extraordinary organizational skills + Comfort with executive presentations + Must be a team player also a team leader Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
