Convergint is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to be responsible for healthcare business development, enterprise healthcare account management for assigned regional accounts and healthcare vertical team support. Works directly with the CTC teams and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand specific healthcare customers and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for Account Executives. Provides leadership and direction to lead account executives and program managers for assigned enterprise healthcare customers.

3.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Responsible for creating, monitoring and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline within specific accounts.\u0026nbsp; Finds new and creative ways of engaging with customers. \u0026nbsp;Responsible for capturing the attention of potential customers and presenting new solutions and services that the CTC has to offer. |

5.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Prepares action plans for assigned healthcare accounts.\u0026nbsp; Ensures that customers are informed of new product/service introductions and prices. |
6.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new healthcare accounts in the designated territory. |
7.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Conducts on the job training to bring Account Executives up to speed on how to manage and grow an account. Provides insight for the improvement of Account Executive\u0026rsquo;s sales and activity performance.\u0026nbsp; Provides feedback to senior management regarding performance.\u0026nbsp; Managerial responsibilities include but are not limited to: mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; project budget. |
8.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Works with team to provide competitive pricing on proposals and strives to maintain maximum profit margin. |
9.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.\u0026nbsp; Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations. |
10.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Manages budget and improves forecasting accuracy for sales function and projects, ensures cost efficiency. |
11.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Collaborates with Convergint colleagues (Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure jobs are planned and executed properly. |
12.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. |
