  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Recruit and hire Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
  • Create monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline; finds new and creative ways of engaging with customers.\u0026nbsp; Responsible for capturing the attention of potential customers and presenting new solutions and services that the CTC has to offer.
  • Manage the performance and development of the Account Executives.
  • Prepare action plans for individuals as well as for team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.\u0026nbsp; Ensure that customers are informed of new product/service introductions and prices.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive\u0026rsquo;s sales and activity performance.\u0026nbsp;
  • Provide feedback to senior management regarding performance.\u0026nbsp;
  • Managerial responsibilities include but are not limited to:\u0026nbsp; mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; project budget.
  • Work with team to provide competitive pricing on proposals and strives to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.\u0026nbsp; Assist Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Manage budget and improve forecasting accuracy for sales function and project, ensuring cost efficiency
  • Sell core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects and has an individual contributor sales goal.\u0026nbsp;
  • Evaluate and target potential customer opportunities within the marketplace.\u0026nbsp;
  • Develop and implement sales marketing strategies to penetrate multiple vertical markets (e.g. education, health care, industrial and commercial buildings).\u0026nbsp;
  • Focuses on consultants, owners and building managers with the support of contractor business to develop new business clientele.
  • Manage the execution and review of all scope of work, terms and conditions in customer contracts including cost control, delivery fulfillment, and quality of service and other customer requirements as they arise.
  • Collaborate with Convergint colleagues (Ops, Legal, Finance etc.) to ensure jobs are planned and executed properly.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree preferred in business, engineering or related field or equivalent, relevant experience.

\u0026nbsp;

Minimum Experience: Minimum of five years of successful sales experience, including two years in the area of commercial (electronic security, fire alarm, BAS, healthcare technologies) required

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
