Business Development Manager - SLED West Regions

In this role, you will prospect and cultivate new relationships, gaining an understanding of our clients needs while securing sales opportunities in the State, Local and Education (SLED) vertical. We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide. **What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience** + Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability across all regions of coverage. + Drive new business development in the SLED market to achieve total annual sales goals for the region. + Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, event attendance and industry associations. + Develop and manage eco-system partners network. + Capture and develop prospect accounts in the vertical and support the set-up of the account management program and continual growth. + Team up with CTC (field office) colleagues and other Strategic Initiatives teams to penetrate existing accounts to grow their portfolio in the SLED vertical. + Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses. Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations. + Align, promote, and fully support the implementation of vertical vision, strategies, and goals; gain related knowledge to provide SME support to CTC colleagues. + Partner with operations personnel to execute growth, development, sales and marketing of all solutions. + Provide feedback to senior management regarding performance.
