POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position reports to the Safety section and provides department-wide support for establishing, maintaining, and managing multiple support and operational resources for the Watershed Protection Department. This position uses business tools to perform quality assurance and quality control of project data, produce reports, and identify and implement programmatic opportunities for improvement. This position is expected to facilitate certain process improvement initiatives, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and provide consulting services to all levels of the organization. Strong analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills are preferred.

• Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to the job, plus one (1) year experience related to the job.
• Experience may be substituted for education up to a maximum of four (4) years.

• Knowledge of program and project management practices, performance management development, research methodologies, and process improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills in communications for collecting stakeholder requirements to gain collaboration and support.
• Experience identifying process and workflow enhancements and developing recommendations for improvements.
• Skill in developing, testing, documenting, and finalizing business process improvements.
• Skill in using a variety of software packages for business process improvements, analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and MS Word.
• Ability to travel to more than one work location.

Salary Range is $55,224 through $71,806.60 annually DOE. This position is an exempt (salaried) position.
