Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate projects from initiation through completion by leading planning activities, developing project schedules, communicating project status to project stakeholders, identifying and helping to resolve obstacles, and recording project data such as time, cost, and quality.
  • Identify project risks and prepare mitigation and contingency plans
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project milestones and deliverables
  • Identify and communicate resource constraints to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Prepare project updates for governance meetings and clearly communicate status in written documents and presentations
  • Collaborate with management and influence decision-making.
  • Monitor slippage, gaps, risks or areas for innovation/acceleration and develop strategies to get back on plan and navigate the team through the internal governance for projects.
  • Identify and drive innovative process improvements with significant organizational impact
  • Assume project team responsibilities as needed to ensure projects remain on track


  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in operations management, business administration, project management or related field
  • Prior experience in project management role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Proficient in project and program management techniques, understands multiple software development methodologies, and uses current tools and techniques to monitor and measure project and program performance
  • Degree may be substituted by relevance of work experience
