In close collaboration with other members of the ValU Care Redesign team as well as clinical and operational teams, you will support health system performance improvement initiatives, including the MOVERS/ValU initiative. You will assess problems, compile/analyze data, develop improvement teams, design/collect metrics, and facilitate improvement efforts. This role involves the use of Lean and other appropriate improvement approaches to facilitate and sustain change.

For this high-profile role, were seeking a driven, innovative, customer focused change agent with:
      Bachelors degree required Masters preferred
      Two to three years of experience in hospital management/consulting
      Proven success in operations, process improvement and project management
      Understanding of Lean/ Six Sigma methodology
      Knowledge of health care delivery, including strategy, business planning, operations and finance
      Ability to effectively drive competitive advantage under dynamic conditions
      Exceptional communication, problem-solving and team-building skills
      Raises performance to levels that would not otherwise be achieved
      Commitment to fostering a culture that enhances understanding, respect and cooperation
      Ability to inspire others to embrace change
      Passion for generating and encouraging creative ideas, innovative thinking and imaginative solutions
