**What youll do**
+ Serve as a Workers Compensation advocate that will actively reach out to injured colleagues and guide them along the way through completion of treatment ensuring our colleagues receive the best care and recovery possible.
+ Act as concierge point of contact for benefit and workers compensation issues to translate benefit plans for our colleagues.
+ Coordinate with local management to accommodate any needed medical accommodations to allow a colleague to return to work when possible.
+ Support colleagues inflicted with chronic conditions or specific health challenges with insurance coverage/explanation, identifying best in class health providers and coordinating additional support from carriers.
+ Serve as a liaison between colleagues and the companys health and wellness programs.
+ The advocate will educate, motivate and support employees in making positive lifestyle choices to improve their health and well-being.
+ Promote a culture of health that ultimately enhances the companys productivity and profitability while improving the employees quality of life.
+ Evaluate and analyze employee data to identify trends, create health profiles, and develop targeted interventions to support healthy behaviors.
+ Provide ongoing education and coaching on nutrition, stress management, physical activity, and other wellness-related topics.
+ Collaborate with insurance providers, medical providers, and employee assistance programs to ensure comprehensive employee care.
**What Youll Need**
+ Proven experience in similar role with a large organization.
+ Proven experience with communicating benefit plans, managing workers compensation and health & wellness plans.
+ Strong desire to assist colleagues in interpreting benefit, care and provider plans.
+ Direct and proven experience in a health advocate, nursing or public health role.
+ Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills necessary to be successful.
+ Proven experience working well with a team.
+ Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
+ Strong presentation skills.

**Requirements:**
Education: College degree
Minimum Experience: 5-7 years in similar role.
