Connectivity Product Manager will manage TTS core digital customer platforms CitiConnect H2H and CitiConnect APIs in Poland. These platforms enable clients to access their accounts and use TTS cash management and trade services via API, SWIFT and file-based integration solutions. The recent growth of API demand and evolution of requested types makes the role strategic within the overall Platforms and Data Services DS multi-year vision. As the global commercial and financial economy moves increasingly towards a 24x7, on-demand, real-time environment, the need for clients to integrate and automate their transaction, reporting and data requirements directly with bank systems has never been more important, and critical for success.

**As a Connectivity Product Manager you will:**

+ Manage commercialization of all connectivity solutions to clients and will have specific metrics to be delivered in terms of new client implementations, both on CitiConnect and ERP Integration.

+ Use our innovative solutions to help clients digitalize processes, mitigate risk and expand their reach

+ Produce engaging and impactful client collateral and client communications to promote the benefits and value of CitiConnects H2H, API and Integration capabilities, with associated talking points and presentations that will help sales and client executives conduct client

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Commercialization - Promote Citi's platforms and solutions on approved external business platforms, ensuring marketing and visibility for existing and future clients

+ Client experience - Partner with the Onboarding teams to deliver the best client experience possible throughout the clients integration onboarding lifecycle, encompassing online development and testing portals, as well as offline processes and procedures needed to support a successful go live

+ Risk & Controls ensure adherence with local regulations and market standards; maintaining order in all processes and documentation; promoting and enforcing technology and Digital platform security measures

+ Communication - interact regularly at various levels with partners in Sales, Client Management & Onboarding, Digital Client Support, Customer Service, Operations and Technology

**Key requirements**

+ Bachelors/University degree, and fluent in Polish language

+ Organizational and planning skills, managing and where necessary leading activities through cross-functional teams, with the discipline to track delivery of complex projects over multiple months

+ Experience in a client-centric, product or market management role is preferred

+ Scrum Product Owner certification would be a plus

+ Effective communication skills, with experience of preparing client-facing collateral (vital), and business requirement documents (an advantage)

+ Working knowledge of APIs, SWIFT and ISO 20022 messaging standards covering payment initiation, payment status reports and cash management reporting will be a distinct advantage.

+ Keen digitisation enthusiast - driving digital client solutions

+ Knowledge of accounts payable & accounts receivable functions, digital security, and transaction banking in general would be a plus

+ Understanding of banking regulations such as AML, FATF, PSD2 and GDPR will be an advantage
