Immediate need for a Contract Project Manager to oversee a large new construction project from inception to final walkthrough.
Ensure project deadlines are met within budget and in accordance with code, permits, change orders, etc. Work directly with subcontractors, engineers, architects and internal Phoenix House management.
Days/Hours: will vary depending on the needs of each phase of the project.
Duration: a minimum of 1 year.
Skills expected from a highly experienced construction project manager.
