Contract Administrator (In-Office Work Required)

**Description** Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Contract Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing all customer contracts and working with our corporate legal team to review terms, filing preliminary notices, processing lien releases, bonds, and change orders. Responsibilities also include uploading documentation to our internal legal review system to track contract status. May provide direction and coaching to other colleagues. We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide. **What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience** You will be responsible for: + Updating "Contract Tracker" tool daily with status + Upload contracts for legal review into iReview + Process Preliminary Notices + Complete Certificate of Insurance Requests for all jobs + Review contracts as assigned + Utilize DocuSign to obtain signatures + Create folder and track required documentation + Subcontractor onboarding + Processing bonds + CCIP and OCIP enrollment and administration + Other duties as assigned **What Youll Need** + Strong planning and organizational skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong time-management skills. + Willingness to take ownership of role and take initiative to learn new tasks. + Very adaptable responds effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using good written and verbal communication skills. + Customer service oriented. + Familiarity with construction processes a plus. **Company Benefits and Perks** Convergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment in which individuals of different backgrounds and identities are able to realize their maximum potential within the company. Minimum Experience: at lease two years of administrative assistant or equivalent experience required, preferably in the construction field.
