Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring CX Coordinator on a permanent basis. This position can be based anywhere across Western Canada with remote and flexible work arrangements available.

What you’ll do:

The CX Coordinator will support the delivery of the Customer Experience program and Membership & Loyalty projects by providing ongoing project coordination and support for all of the workstreams within, along with providing cohesive analysis, coordination, and reporting.

  • Project Documentation and Management: In collaboration with workstream leads and specialists and project managers for larger initiatives, you will coordinate project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the overall goals of Customer Experience. You will create, update, and continually manage project plans. You will support the project close out process by documenting lessons learned and identified best practices while ensuring they are embedded into standard practices and approaches.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will participate in project and stakeholder meetings, providing regular project status reports as required. You will effectively document, communicate, and follow up on assigned deliverables with team members and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Workstream Support: You will support various managers in the development, documentation, and ongoing monitoring of tactical plans for the CX programs and projects. You will support the establishment of Business unit targets and KPIs and provide ongoing reporting and monitoring.
  • Project Risk & Gap Analysis: You will utilize your understanding of workstream interdependencies, and identify project risks, issues, and gaps. You will present and provide initial recommendations and strategies to address gaps to senior team members for review.

Who you are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business.
  • You have a minimum of 1-3 years of business experience with demonstrated experience coordinating large-scale projects and/or program implementation. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
