You want to grow with us and deliver results as an exceptional Customer Renewal Specialist. **What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience** + Responsible for renewal of existing service agreements - Convergint Customer Support Programs. + Project manage the renewal experience in close partnership with your colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience. + Proactively reach out to customers 120 days prior to expiration to begin the renewal process. + Generate customer facing renewal letters and proposals. + Contact customers directly to present the renewal, articulate value proposition and service provided, and close the renewal. + Ensure the renewal is completed and processed by the contract expiration date. + Participate in monthly meetings with Service Manager, Sales Manager and Office Finance Manager to review renewals and Account Executive assignments where needed. + Pro-actively identify customer needs and refer to Account Executive. + Engage Service Manager to save at-risk contracts and minimize customer churn. + Update and track renewal forecast on a weekly basis and report up to management. + Meet targeted goals for our renewals business. + Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. **Measurable Results** + Retention Rate. + On-time Renewals. + Ability to drive incremental price increases on renewals. + Increase the number of multi-years renewals. + Cross-sell opportunities driven from renewals. **What Youll Need** + High confidence in managing customer quoting, contracts, and terms. + Strong customer-facing acumen and phone and email communication skills. + Excellent organizational skills. + Ability to multi-task and to help manage a high volume of renewal agreements. + Able to build relationships quickly and work with many stakeholders to accomplish a goal. + Must be self- motivated, purposeful, able to work independently with little oversight to deliver on deadlines and ensure timeliness of renewals. + Comfortable with negotiation and having conversations with procurement departments. + Ambition to look for opportunities to expand the scope of the role and take on new projects. **Company Benefits and Perks** Convergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment in which individuals of diverse backgrounds and identities can realize their maximum potential.
