**Description** Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Service Account Executive to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible to promote Convergints strong market position for delivering cybersecurity services and technologies to help our customers mitigate risk and improve their cybersecurity posture. In this position, you will capitalize on sales opportunities within the territory and apply your knowledge of data-driven technology services to existing customers and new business opportunities. We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide. **What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience** + Promote Convergints strong market position for delivering cybersecurity services and technologies to help our customers mitigate risk and improve their cybersecurity posture. + Capitalize on sales opportunities within the territory and apply your knowledge of data-driven technology services to existing customers and new business opportunities. + Ability to earn client trust through a consultative approach, helping the customer understand the value proposition of our services and how they mitigate risk, improve SLAs and free up resources within their organization. + This is a collaborative role working with regional leadership, local leadership, and account management/execution teams within the local office. + Work closely with Convergint Technology Center (CTC) leadership on the business development and operational alignment of the strategic business. + Work with their colleagues to drive awareness of cyber offerings and identify opportunities. + Responsible for creating, monitoring and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. + Deliver results, achieve new order/booking and profit goals and deliver on forecasted results consistently. + Find new and creative ways of engaging with customers. Responsible for capturing the attention of potential customers and presenting new services that the CTC has to offer. + Consult with customers on future technology needs, to determine budgeting and investment requirements. + Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customers organization by understanding their challenges and recommending services to ensure their cyber services perform as required to achieve business goals. + Responsible for the share of wallet development of assigned accounts utilizing the entire Convergint team. + Set pricing based on identified value of the services offered to the customer. + Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. + Actively participate in sales department meetings, workshops, and seminars to stay knowledgeable on current market, business, and product trends. + Attend industry-specific networking events; actively participate in professional organizations such as GSX, ISC, SIA or ISSA to build a network of contacts and to represent Convergint in the local market. + Travel overnight up to 10% for training and business development. + Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. + Embody Convergints values and beliefs. **What Youll Need** + Account development and strategic selling skills. + Strong and demonstrated background in selling services specifically within the Cybersecurity/Managed Services vertical to include Cybersecurity, SaaS Solutions, Information Technology Services, SOC, NOC, and Remote Managed Services. + Demonstrated understanding of how to market, position, and sell cybersecurity services programs related to operational technology (OT) to existing and new customers. + Strong leadership qualities. + Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a matrixed structure. + Conversant with products/systems and solutions of Convergint Technologies relevant to the strategic vertical markets and their value propositions. + Financial expertise to estimate, conduct customer conversations, and able to explain the ROI on Convergints cybersecurity services offerings effectively. + Strong verbal and written communication skills required. + Excellent organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills. + Demonstrated ability to influence others and work as a team-player. + Ability to work independently within a matrixed structure. + Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions. + Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members. + Driven, self-motivated and results-oriented. **Company Benefits and Perks** Convergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment in which individuals of different backgrounds and identities are able to realize their maximum potential within the company.
