**Description** Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Regional Director, Cybersecurity Services to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will guide the region in the creation of a business development strategy and assist and equip each individual business unit with skills and knowledge required to execute and support the delivery of cybersecurity services for their clients. You will provide sales leadership to the local business units to increase market share by accelerating funnel development and conversion. We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide. **What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience** + Work closely with functional CTC leadership on the business development and operational alignment of the strategic business. + Responsible for creating, monitoring and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline within specific accounts. Finds new and creative ways of engaging with customers. Responsible for capturing the attention of potential customers and presenting new solutions and services that the CTC has to offer. + Responsible for the performance and development of assigned accounts utilizing the entire Convergint team. + Prepares action plans for regional/global accounts. Ensures that customers are informed of new product/service introductions and prices. + Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new regional and global accounts in the designated markets. + Conducts on the job training to bring AEs up to speed on how to manage and grow an account within the strategic market. Provides feedback to senior management regarding performance. Managerial responsibilities include but are not limited to: mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; project budget working through regional and local leadership supporting mutually agreed upon goals within this market. + Works with team to provide competitive pricing on proposals and strives to maintain maximum profit margin while helping educate local teams on the uniqueness of this space. + Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals, presentations and RFP responses. + Partners with leadership to maintain and develop product partners focused in this space. + Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. + Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. **What Youll Need** + Strong leadership qualities + Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a matrixed structure + Conversant with products/systems and solutions of Convergint Technologies relevant to the strategic vertical markets and their value propositions + Strong verbal/written communication and outstanding presentation skills required + Demonstrated ability to influence others + Ability to work independently as well as coach/manage team within a matrixed structure + Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions + Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members + Driven, self-motivated and results-oriented + Strong and demonstrated background in selling solutions specifically within the Cybersecurity/Managed Services vertical to include Cybersecurity, SaaS Solutions, Information Technology Services, SOC, NOC, and Remote Managed Services **Company Benefits and Perks** Convergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment in which individuals of different backgrounds and identities are able to realize their maximum potential within the company.
