Your Role and Responsibilities
'Delivery Project Manager is responsible to oversee all aspects of the project in daily basis. Experience in leading IT maintenance project with high volume of incidents, tight service level, and dynamic project model. Be the primary focal point and owner for all activities on multiple maintenance services contract. Accountable for meeting revenue, profit, and growth objectives and for improving overall customer satisfaction targets. Responsible to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels with the objective of being a trusted business partner. Proactively work with client to identify their business objectives, priorities and directions, critical success factors and applies this knowledge to establish and implement an Account Strategy. They translate client requirements into formal agreements, establishing specific solutions, and leading the efforts that culminate in client acceptance of the results. They have overall responsibility for their contractual cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
In addition, this specialty is responsible for leading project team(s) in delivering a solution to the clients which use maintenance services, implementation services, consulting by using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes integrating work breakdown structures (WBS), applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and financial and technical risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors and remote delivery resources where applicable. They are to ensure the optimal use of technical work products, reference architectures and service offering subject matter experts. They are responsible for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team(s) and the client. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client.


Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Year of Experience : 3 - 5 years
Technical Background:
- ATM / CRM
- Point of Sales
- Wintel and Linux
- Endpoint Products
- Other related skills with certification is preferable
Experiences:
- Lead the delivery of IT solutions, especially IT maintenance project.
- Lead Implementation project
- Manage Account as Technical Account Manager
Candidate with PMP certification is preferable
