The Digital Asset Project Manager is responsible for the lifecycle of Pharmavite's creative assets, ensuring that they are delivered with excellence and within clearly communicated time frames. This person ensures the design team and our cross functional and agency partners have what they need to produce great work. Designs and manages our digital asset management system, working with both internal and external partners to gather, distribute and maintain data on all types of creative -- audio, visual, print, etc. The Digital Asset Project Manager reports to the Director, Portfolio Management.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver are:

  • Manages creative timelines / production schedule and creative approvals in project management software to ensure on-time delivery working with cross-functional partners, designers and agencies.
  • Collects creative assets and relevant usage and rights information, organizes, uploads and tags with metadata in the DAM tool ensuring easy access for stakeholders.
  • Manages access to DAM tool based on permissions, trains new users based on DAM policies; consults with manager to build DAM policies and procedures based on best practices.
  • Proofs for accuracy and assists designers with quality control prior to final upload to DAM working with vendors, agencies, designers and internal clients.


The ideal candidate is recognized as a strong communicator with a passion for creative quality. You have a history of maximizing efficiency with creative teams through appropriate prioritization. You are able to translate your experience with DAM to improve productivity and ease of use.

You'll be most successful in this role if you have:

  • Successful track record managing project traffic for a creative agency or in-house team.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely and openly with stakeholders, team members and vendors on project needs.
  • Excellent time management, with ability to prioritize work effectively against tight deadlines.
  • Initiative to continually maximize efficiencies and effect improvements through relationship building.

In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience working in digital asset management in an agency or in-house creative department
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and DAM software operation. High technology literacy and knowledge of all types of creative file formats.
  • Ability to identify techniques to improve quality and productivity.
  • Working knowledge of creative timelines, especially for digital projects
  • Bachelor's degree or it's equivalent preferred.
