Platforms and Data Services is one of key pillars in Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) offering clients access to **Digital Platforms** for their day to day banking transactions, specifically: (1) **CitiDirect** is Citi TTS award-winning online banking application, delivered both as a browser-based application for office desktop use, and as a mobile device app for clients that require access when travelling; (2) **CitiConnect (API, Files, SWIFT)** allows Citi to expose a menu of TTS products and services through direct integration / STP with Treasury Workstations (TWS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, or other online applications. These Digital Platforms are used by a broad spectrum of Citi clients, from commercial bank clients, through to large global multinationals across traditional and new digital economy industries.

This role will manage and shape the direction of Digital Platforms commercialisation strategy and product enhancements in close cooperation with Global Product Partners, as well as local TTS Sales and Client Relationship teams to communicate Digital Platforms value and benefits to clients, and to turn insights and understanding of our clients cash management, trade services, and overall banking requirements into future product improvements that enhance customer experience. The role is given with the opportunity to address a diverse range of client requirements, as well as local regulatory, compliance and market mandatory needs, will suit an individual that can balance and seek synergies across competing priorities and stakeholders.

There is ample potential to become a true champion and deliver thought leadership to colleagues and clients on how the Digital Platforms can best support clients banking needs. In the coming years, as the current Digital Platforms are constantly enhancing to better meet clients needs, the Platforms and Data Services Product Manager will be pivotal in helping clients to absorb the new developments with enriched experience.

The Digital Platforms Product Manager is a key member of CitiHandlowy TTS Platforms and Data services Team with product ownership of Digital Platforms in the country.

**Key Responsibilities**

**P&L management** . Product Management incl. responsibility for business P&L, setting-up business priorities in line with Banks strategy, driving products developments in line with regulatory and market environment needs, pricing strategy, etc. Partner with Finance to evaluate investments in product development, and monitor projected P&L.

**Commercialisation** . Equip and energise sales and client management teams to promote and commercialise all aspects of Digital Platforms online banking & mobile app as well as CitiConnect. Develop deep SME-level understanding of Digital Platforms features and functionalities in order to help solution the Digital Platforms for client RFP responses, and to design and host client commercialisation events. Through client feedback and client calls, develop a detailed understanding of future client needs to anticipate new features and functionalities that will ensure Digital Platforms remains indispensable and competitive.

**Client Experience** . As Digital Platforms are constantly upgrading to the latest design and technologies that also support 24x7 availability, improved performance, and enhanced security, the look-and-feel and overall user experience of the service will also need to be modernised, reflecting client feedback gathered via Voice of Customer processes, the Digital Client Support and Service Teams, Sales and Client Relationship partners. Continuous assessment of critical client requests and enhancements will need to be taken through to the entire product development process to eventual delivery.

**Risk & Controls** . This increasingly important aspect of Digital Platforms product management covers three areas: (1) Maintaining compliance with local regulations and market standards to ensure Digital Platforms can continue to operate as a fit-for-purpose, online banking service for our clients with the assurance of safety and soundness; (2) Ensuring key product documentation and collaterals including sales and marketing materials are maintained and up to date; (3) Promoting best-in-class security technologies, procedures and practices for Digital Platforms clients, such as digital software tokens for strong customer authentication, biometrics and behavioural biometrics enablement, client security management, and cyber security training programmes for Digital Platforms users.

**Assist in initiatives involving other areas of Digital Platforms** as a development opportunity to grow product knowledge, professional experience, and transferable skills within the wider local and global teams.

**I** nteract regularly at various levels with partners in Sales, Client Management & Onboarding, Digital Client Support, Customer Service, Operations and Technology, and will frequently be at the hub of cross functional teams where there will be an opportunity and expectation to demonstrate leadership.

**Key requirements**

Demonstrable track-record of turning client feedback into client experience improvements for an online application and/or mobile app & host to host connectivity, ideally in a transaction banking context.

Effective communication skills, with experience of preparing client-facing collateral (vital), and business requirement documents (an advantage).

Experience in a client-centric, product or market management role is preferred.

Knowledge of cash management, accounts payable & accounts receivable functions, digital security, and transaction banking in general.

Understanding of banking regulations such as AML, FATF, PSD2 and GDPR will be an advantage.

Organizational and planning skills, showing an ability to operate in a multi-regional, matrix organisation, manage and where necessary lead activities through cross-functional teams, and determination to track delivery of complex requirements over multiple months.

Proactivity owning projects and initiatives with a hands on approach to ensure timely delivery, with risks identified and appropriately managed.

Bachelors/University degree, and fluent in Polish an English language
