Job Summary:
Reporting to the VP, Transformation Program, this position is accountable for the development, implementation and management of the WCB organizational change management framework and strategy as well as monitoring, assessing and continuously improving the effectiveness of associated processes, training, tools and templates. The Director CMO will lead a strong team of change managers that works to improve the success of WCB projects, improvements and initiatives and increase change management awareness and competency across the organization.

This individual will collaborate deeply with business transformation program leadership, as well as senior leaders throughout the organization, to ensure the effective execution of change management plans that enable the achievement of key success factors related to the people side of change. This will be achieved through the provision of comprehensive change management planning, support and delivery services to project sponsors and teams and ensuring effective methods of communications and information-sharing.

Requirements

Qualifications:

The following Education, Experience, Designations/Licenses are job requirements:

  • Bachelors' degree or higher qualification in change management, computer science, operations, business administration
  • 10 years of experience in business transformation, OCM and/or consulting with at least 5 years of experience at the leadership level
  • ADKAR Prosci® Change Management Certification.
  • Hands-on experience in driving change in large scale, matrix environments, with ADKAR Prosci® or other Change Management methodologies
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing comprehensive service levels to internal and external customers.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills at all levels in an organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence teams, peers and senior leaders.
