Role for experienced PMs possessing a minimum of 8-10 years of direct PM experience. The role is viewed as a leader within the PMO who is able to manage multiple projects and/or large, complex programs simultaneously. The role manages cross functional team of product experts and associates while they are assigned to a project. This role will often require working with other project and program managers on resolving major issues that have been escalated related to project scope changes, resource, schedule and budgetary matters. Position will be able to discern and delegate to PMs and other program / project team resources based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Leadership responsibilities will involve strategic planning and leading implementation and execution of company vision and objective outcomes. PMP Certification required.
