Do you have three years of experience in project management and business analysis? Are you interested in running experiments and turning ideas to life via an evidence-based approach? If this sounds like you then consider joining our Divisional Planning, Coordination and Support Services team as a divisional planning analyst. You'll be responsible for the daily support of the projects within the Claims and Rehabilitation Services division. Consider joining our dedicated team to help resolve business challenges through the development of innovative interventions that are rigorous, robust, and cost-effective, while working in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment. At this time, this is a hybrid position where you'll work primarily at home and be on-site at our Richmond office occasionally.

As a divisional planning analyst you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects for the Claims and Rehabilitation Services division, including discovery, leading requirements workshops, designing interventions and pilots, evaluating pilots, and writing and presenting reports
  • Lead a project team to ensure projects are managed and delivered on time and on budget to generate evidence-based solutions

  • Evaluate, interpret, and present evidence of project findings to decision-makers in a clear and concise manner to support business planning
  • Prepare comprehensive, coherent, and professional reports and presentations for a broad range of internal stakeholders, including senior management
  • Provide support for the ongoing management of the Claims and Rehabilitation Services Ideas site – the channel for staff to submit ideas for improvement
  • Provide support for the ongoing management of the Claims and Rehabilitation Services communication hub

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Be nimble and flexible, and open to try and experiment with different things to find the best approach to business problems
  • Independently plan, prioritize, and coordinate complex and concurrent activities to meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment
  • Manage multiple, changing priorities

Your experience and educational background

  • A master's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline
  • A minimum of three years of recent related experience in project management, business analysis, and qualitative and quantitative research practices
  • We'll consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.

If you require an accommodation in the assessment process, please email the Recruitment Testing Accommodation (SM) at the time you submit your application.
