Electronic Security Technician - Manchester, NH
Field service
- Diagnose service issues with safes, safe deposit boxes, vault doors, drive-up systems, remote drive-up systems, audio / video systems, after hours depositories, undercounter teller steel, courier boxes, ATM vestibule readers, cash and teller lockers
- Resolve service issues quickly and effectively
- Identify replacement parts as required and maintain key parts truck inventory
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspection, cleanings and service on covered equipment
- Represent Company in a professional manner and always support the best interest of the clients
- Maintain and operate a company vehicle in a professional and safe manner at all times
- Follow all mandated safety procedures
- Must participate in weekly on-call rotation
- Be our customer contact for all post installation problems
- Provide technical assistance to other service team members as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools
- Possess knowledge of alarm and video systems
- Assist with equipment installations

Administration
- Complete service paperwork in a timely (same day) and accurate manner
- Provide immediate notice to Call Center of any on-site client issues that require escalation
- Provide immediate notice to Call Center of any service issues that are not resolved at first service call
- Have adequate PC Skills to complete timesheets, expense reports, and email correspondence

Training
- Train client personnel on the operation of equipment
- Participate in company training (as trainer and trainee) events to continually upgrade the competency of field service team on new and existing products.
