Our technical needs include candidates trained (or experienced) in Electronics and low voltage systems, with mechanical skills for installing, terminating and programming panels and devices. Any training in Networks is a plus. Additionally, we are always looking for candidates experienced and/or certified in Software House, Lenel, Genetec, Exacq and similar product lines. We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide. **What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience** + Responds to routine and complex service calls and scheduled maintenance calls, including emergency and afterhours service calls on a timely basis; will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug systems. + May perform simple installs and programming/testing of a variety of systems and equipment including access control, CCTV/video, intercoms, turnstiles, and intrusion/alarm systems. Act as key interface for technical support and training of the customer. + Uses solid troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Analyzes repair requirements and provide customer with appropriate solutions; completes necessary repairs and replacements as needed; exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. + Completes accurate and detailed service reports for customer and Convergint to allow for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking. + Provides technical support to end users and field labor when applicable.
