Graham Healthcare Group is looking for an Employee Engagement Program Manager to support our employee engagement and retention initiatives across our Home Health and Hospice business units.

We are passionate about making Graham Healthcare Group and its family of companies a place where our employees want to work for a very long time. The Employee Engagement Program Manager will be a strategic advisor to the business on employee engagement and retention initiatives.

This position will collaborate with various leaders and departments across the organization in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies that positively impact our mission in being the “premiere home health, hospice and palliative employer of choice.” This individual must always display a ‘do whatever it takes to get the job done’ attitude. Being an expert communicator, listener, and relationship builder is essential and critical for this position’s effectiveness and success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data, information, and research through quantitative and qualitative mechanisms to make decisions and recommendations on employee engagement opportunities, challenges, and issues.
  • Utilizing strong project management and analytical skills to lead multiple projects and initiatives that support our employee engagement program.
  • Promotes collaboration and creative thinking across various functions and departments.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement, determines the root cause of issues, analyzes data, and recommends solutions.
  • Analyzes large volumes of complex data and presents insights and recommendations to Senior Leadership.
  • Perform system administration functions within Graham Healthcare Group’s employee engagement and survey administration technologies.
  • Designs, creates, administers and/or monitors various employee related surveys throughout the year, including employee lifecycle surveys, employee engagement pulse surveys and Top Workplace surveys.
  • Serves as an employee ambassador by listening to and advocating for the employee.  
  • Stays current on industry and market trends surrounding employee engagement.
  • Leads strategic and thoughtful conversations with leadership around employee engagement opportunities, challenges, and issues.
  • Creates actionable plans to address employee engagement opportunities, challenges, and issues. 
  • Monitors the success of plans that have been implemented.
  • Leads a small team of employee engagement specialists.

Requirements

Qualification Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience leading employee engagement and/or retention efforts across a large organization  
  • BS or MS in Organizational Design, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience  
  • 2-5 years’ of project management experience; PMP certification preferred
