Operations Innovationwill have a team to focus on global OEE standardization, adaptation, and implementation. This role will interact with Medtronic global operations to drive a culture of business process optimization and innovation.


**A Day in the Life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Plans, directs and implements all aspects of the companys design and development of new medical device products or software systems.

+ Develop and implement the OEE standard measurement and tracking system across manufacturing.

+ Develop a plan with key stakeholders to improve lines and processes to deliver savings targets.

+ Apply a system-based approach for improving OEE, so it can be sustained after the project is complete.

+ Coaching and developing individuals and team on planning and managing for OEE improvement.

+ Leading OEE Program developing overall program plan, organization and tracking approach.

+ Ensuring organization follows KPI standard for measurement and reporting OEE.

+ Developing OEE improvement plans with stakeholders for individual lines and processes

+ Organizes the coordination of activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.

+ Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Musthave degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering.

+ Have excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrate teamwork and have a strong internal/external customer focus.

+ Negotiation and influence management skills.

+ Must be able to work independently, be self-motivating, and act as a change agent.

+ Lean Sigma Back Belt or Master Black Belt.

+ Know Program and Project Management to plan, organize and deliver results with key stakeholders and teams.

+ Use data analytics to drive decision making.

+ Drive positive results under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

+ Experience working in a regulated / FDA environment.
