- Supervises Engineering Specialists including mentoring and training team of colleagues.
- Works directly with service CSP customers on high-end IT software applications (database migrations, database segmentation, etc.)
- Manages projects including coordinating and overseeing select, complex \u0026ldquo;IT-centric\u0026rdquo; projects.
- Performs systems upgrades on large, Enterprise Class systems \u0026ndash; act as team lead when additional manpower required.
- Provides operational support for sales, site surveys, and walkthroughs.
- Supervises Engineering Specialists and IT Network Specialists. Supervises in a manner that maintains morale, skills proficiency and productivity.\u0026nbsp; Recruits and hires team members as required.\u0026nbsp; May perform limited range of managerial responsibilities including but not limited to:\u0026nbsp; mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; project budget.\u0026nbsp; May oversee subcontractor selection process and work.
- Acts as \u0026ldquo;our customer\u0026rsquo;s best service provider\u0026rdquo; at all times thereby ensuring Convergint Technologies is the customer\u0026rsquo;s first choice for service.
