Come share your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity by supporting and leading strategic diversity events and conferences for Ads globally. We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to execute and grow a diversity events strategy as a part of the Ads Diversity Recruiting Programs organization.

To be successful in this role, you are an analytical leader who relies on talent market data, can establish relationships, engage with senior leaders, and seamlessly plan and execute events and measure their ROI. This role will report to the Global Diversity Recruiting Leader for Ads, and will work closely with all senior leaders of the organization.

This role will specifically be responsible for managing and scaling Diversity conferences and events as well as designing and delivering a multi-year events strategy. You will liaise with talent acquisition teams Central Diversity, and business teams across Amazon.

This role is posted in New York, but can also be based out of Seattle, WA, or Arlington, VA.


· 5+ years of experience in program or project management
· Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
· Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership


· Demonstrated ability in dealing with ambiguity and leading strategic priorities
· Familiarity with HR and/or Recruiting Processes and Systems
· Prior experience working in a Diversity & Inclusion or Equity based role
· Prior experience in recruiting event development and support
· Success in creating, driving and scaling programs from scratch.
· Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
