Installation Manager - Metro
- Manager JSOP workbook to ensure accurate monthly forecast by area, update workbook weekly and provide month end performance to forecast feedback.
- Manage installation technicians and subcontractor workforce to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage projects within the order allowances to meet financial goals
- Complete site surveys and identify appropriate equipment, parts and labor to complete requested scope.
- Maintain proper resource levels skilled internal and external subcontractor labor workforce.
- Communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization escalating and resolving issues
- Achieve/exceed internal implementation team goals and customer\u0026rsquo;s quality expectations
- Ensure compliance to corporate policies \u0026 procedures and administrate required technician safety training
- Responsible to protect corporate assets including building branch locations, branch-product inventories and ensure proper vehicle maintenance is completed on a timely basis
- Participate with Sales, Operations and Service associates at various levels to develop product implementation strategies and action plans
- Evaluate installation team performance metrics and recommend corrective action
- Additional duties as assigned by management
