Location: Midtown

Work Days: Monday-Friday

Position Summary
Provides various project management and administrative support functions related to department deliverables. This role communicates and coordinates with other teams in order to collect and distribute data. This includes collecting information for submission to surveys, coordinating the receipt of data requests and providing administrative support related to the department's data governance roles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the collection and distribution of data managed by the department to various platforms, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Assists with developing, organizing and preparing materials for meetings and policies associated with the Data Governance Program.
  • Provides overall administrative and project management support to the office; helps prepare materials for meetings and helps develop and communicate short term and long term department plans.
  • Responsible for the collection and submission of data needed for various surveys. Ensures consistency and coordination of all activities needed for timely submissions.
  • Assists with the receipt of data requests. Collaborates with internal teams and IT/business units to ensure reporting requirements are met. Assists in process re-engineering in order to meet end state reporting goals.
  • Provides regular updates and communicates business concerns/feedback to the team as appropriate.


  • High School Diploma


  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Approximately 3 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge in data warehousing concepts and technologies or relational and dimensional data modeling and database design skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft products: Access, Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Self-starter; demonstrated ability to prioritize and run multiple tasks simultaneously.
