What you’ll own:

  • Provide project management for the IT department and the Director, IT including, but not limited to:
    • Managing service agreements, proposals, and program implementation processes associated with the Institute’s IT projects
    • Making decisions and/or escalating issues to higher levels and taking timely independent action in pursuit of priorities.
    • Creating and delivering program work plans and revising as appropriate to meet the needs and requirements of the IT projects, review and revise deliverables as required
    • Effectively managing day-to-day program operations and collaboratively engaging resources, internally and externally
    • Preparing regular status reports on program deliverables for stakeholders
    • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Administer the IT helpdesk system to ensure timely and exceptional customer service to internal end-users.
  • Assist with technical issue resolution of the Institute websites
  • Collaborate on the planning, development and implementation of new applications, websites, and technical business processes, as well as modifications, to ensure consistency in application and that credentialing requirements are met or exceeded, with minimal business disruption.
  • Participate in the testing of technological or interface changes during the development and launching of new products and systems.
  • Continually review policies/procedures to identify areas of improvement and greater efficiencies

What you’ll bring to the job:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of applicable experience
  • Experience with Association Management Systems (AMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), networking and infrastructure, application technology and web technologies, (i.e. SharePoint, etc.)
  • Project Management experience
  • Technical certification, preferred
