Essential Job Functions:
Provide expertise in project management and business analyst tasks on small-medium scale initiatives.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Developing project plans and processes to monitor and track progress
Oversee corporate wide technology training initiatives
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Delegate project tasks based on skillsets of internal staff and third party vendors
Communicate regularly with management and all users of information services and systems.
Maintain a risk register to set expectations regarding risk management.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades.
Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
Manage financial aspects of enterprise projects
Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
Support company’s overall mission following all standards, policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
