What you\u0026rsquo;ll do with \u0026ldquo;Our Training and Your Experience\u0026rdquo;

• Act as our customers best service provider at all times thereby ensuring Convergint is the customers first choice for service.
• Maintaining the Lenel system operation and technical application and working the Corporate Security Project Team on related activities
  • This support Includes troubleshooting of Lenel System, programming, test \u0026 inspection and other technical requirements. This individual will be familiar with networking, IT solutions, and operation of a Lenel Integrated security system. Resource shall hold a current Lenel Master Certification Level.
• Duties will be fully defined and assigned by Customer and may be modified over time. They include and are not limited to:
  • Basic system support
  • Review cameras for quality of video
  • Review DVR\u0027s for playback
  • Access control system updates \u0026 patches
  • Operating system updates and patches
  • Database updates and patches in coordination with Customer ITSD resources
  • Access control system and database upgrades in coordination with Coming ITSD resources
  • Requested system changes
  • Hardware programming for new sites
  • Ensuring installation compliance to Customer\u0027s technology roadmaps and installation requirements
  • Recommend configuration changes that improve end user functionality
  • Work as a consultant to assist Customer in leveraging the LENEL system features in the ongoing improvement of security operations. Answers how-to questions regarding system features
  • Resolves functional and technical issues in response to logged issues
  • Share system administration best practices with internal security team

• Software Solutions Group \u0026ndash; Customer System Support Scope
  • Items which will be covered on a bi-weekly basis:
    • Database back up verification (scheduled and occurring as planned)
    • Database Size verification (within standard)
      • Review of Lenel OnGuard log field.
      • Investigate and resolve error messages as required
      • Purge Files monthly
    • Review Lenel server hardware performance
      • HD Space
      • CPU Utilization
      • Windows event log-in investigate and resolve issued related to ACS performance
    • Status meeting review participation items:
      • Overall systems functionality and planning
      • Overview open and resolved technical support issues
      • Additional items as required
    • Items to be completed as needed on the Basic System:
      • Resolve complex functional and technical issues in response to logged issues. 24x7 Emergency Support defined as System Down or 30% lost functionality in a location, Requested system change, and Remote support for ACS and DB Upgrades

• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comprehensive understanding of physical access control systems (PACS) and network video systems.
• Ability to navigate a network environment using remote support tools.
• Ability to manage the day-today activities through a self-motivated attitude that ensures your assigned tasks and/or projects are completed effectively and in a timely manner. Must be a self-starter and work well without supervision.
• Ability to communicate both technical and project requirements to the different stakeholders.
• A valid driver\u0026rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.
