Leads the analysis and recommendation of new features across digital platforms.\u003C/p\u003E Responsibilities \u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDevelops and performs cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impacts of various digital initiatives for prioritization and decision making.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAnalyses and recommends digital experiences. Analyzes customer experiences, generates insights, and provides recommendations on digital strategies. Tests hypothesis to monitor the continued success and evolution of the existing digital features.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProvides digital experience implementation support for data and reports. Identifies data and reporting requirements for future digital experience installations.
