Manage a variety of projects and responsibilities which includes but not limited to outside counsel and core spend management, third-party vendor management, management of Law department web-sites including but not limited to corporate intranet and department specific SharePoint sites, end-user support for law operations systems, development of department-wide communication plans.


  • Manages the development, support and content for Law resources sites including but not limited to corporate intranet and SharePoint sites including published articles, news updates, business events, recognition, video content and other employee resources. Supports the creation and maintains document repositories such as uploading, moving, and archiving documents.
  • Executes vendor management, contracts and procurement activities for related third party vendors in a manner compliant with company policies. Provides support to business partners by gathering data for proposed third party processes. Provides adequate support to business partners and engagements managers and creates transparency and awareness of third party processes.
  • Process invoices, ensuring appropriate tracking and reporting for expenses. Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding annual firm rate increase proposals. Manages the Law PPA program. Ensures operating spend is properly reflected in budget and other reports, manages accruals and supports development of annual plan and forecasting reviews.
  • Provides end-user support of Legal matters management system including but not limited to development and maintenance of end-user guides, training, trouble-shooting assistance.
  • Manage various reporting and analysis requests including D&I Spend tracking, Law KPI reporting, and contracts defects.
  • Conducts project support, manages user access for select subscriptions, supports attorney for continuing education, business continuity planning coordinator, SOX coordinator, Task Force Coordinator, researching and presenting on industry updates and trends.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience in relevant field
  • In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in relevant field
