Responsible for product management including customer experience, operational, performance, and road-map development. Manages product strategy for individual products and features.

This exciting role is part of the Discover it Business Card Product Strategy team responsible for end-to-end management and growth of the Business Card including customer experience, operations, performance, and roadmap development. In addition, this position will partner with Acquisition channel owners to optimize and expand direct marketing programs across direct mail and digital channels. He/she will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams such as Marketing Analytics, Credit Risk, and Creative Development to ensure accurate campaign implementations, and be responsible for monitoring campaign results. The candidate will also provide guidance and consultation for key projects such as new model development, segmentation, partnerships, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes industry and consumer trends. Identifies consumer insight opportunities and makes recommendations that will inform product roadmap decisions
  • Develops, prioritizes, and oversees the execution of products and features. Implements in line with project plan requirements.
  • Leads and influences teams to deliver an integrated experience across all channels.
  • Develops product scorecards and manages key performance indicators against annual goals.
  • Communicates product performance to management
  • Leads efforts to manage compliance controls and risk
  • Collaborates with Acquisition channel owners to develop marketing strategies to efficiently expand DiBC's reach with prospective customers
  • Works with cross-functional teams to define messaging, targeting and segmentation for Acquisition campaigns
  • Collects and presents monthly campaign results highlighting business goals, key performance indicators, trends and key insights.
Skills

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Sciences, Business, Technology, Quantitative fields, Computer Science, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services, or related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related experience

If we had our say, we'd also look for:

  • 4+ years of Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Management, Brand Communications, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Payments Services, or related field
