Provide strategic and tactical direction for enhanced monitoring analytic development activities. Develop an operating framework for efficient and compliant operations while ensuring a high-quality product and exceptional value for business partners. Identify, prioritize and manage the execution of analytic initiatives, and contribute to the strategic direction of the team. The position offers an opportunity to add business value through the creative use of experience and knowledge, demands a high level of collaboration with a broad set of business partners, and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to developing a new strategic operating framework.

Responsibilities

* Develop and continuously improve our project management framework, including but not limited to managing work intake, prioritization, status, communication, and determining effectiveness of results

o Develop project requirement documentation

o Develop efficient, timely, and transparent status reporting

o Create and monitor success metrics for the team

* Work closely with business partners to understand/document processes, system dependencies within the processes, and sources of risks within processes; Partner with other business units to share best practices

* Identify opportunities for more efficient analytic processes

* Identifies emerging compliance and legal risk impacting the company and communicates them to management. Supports the implementation and enhancement of projects and initiatives.

* Assists with the management of internal and external examinations. Ensures compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

* Designs and conducts peer reviews of test steps for controls. Tests the operating effectiveness of controls to mitigate risk.

* Leads the execution of Business Unit Testing and Monitoring. Enhances and manages control documentation. Performs database and tracking mechanisms. Ensures the validity of data and auditing guidelines.

* Meets with Control Owners to understand their controls. Requests evidence to execute tests of controls.

* Provides guidance and direction to team members.

* Develops, implements, and maintains audit and compliance review plans. Manages process reviews to measure compliance and risk. Creates and implements process review plans for new processes in enterprise operations. Ensures ongoing relevance of plans and sample sizes.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, Law
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Business, Operations, Audit, Compliance, Law

  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager
  • Certified Internal Auditor
  • CAMS: Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist
  • CIPP: Certified Information Privacy Professional
  • Project management experience should include: Advanced business process documentation skills; Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Visio)
  • Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Tableau/Tableau Server; Familiarity with analytics processes;Excellent written and verbal communication skill, ability to put together executive presentation and address to a broad audience
  • Self-motivated, demonstrated ability to leverage critical thinking and analytical skills to improve business outcomes
  • Strong business acumen, ability to quickly grasp complex process details; skillful in recognizing business problems and developing tactical response as well as strategic solution
