Responsibilities

The role will provide data driven operations strategies and process improvements with a focus on customer experience, compliance and operational efficiencies for Deposits products (Online Savings, Cashback Debit, Money Market, IRA, and CDs). More specifically we are looking for a Lead Ops Analyst who can effectively understand various money movement functions and processes, take ownership of certain channels, identify gaps, formulate short term and long term solutions, comprehensively quantify costs/benefits using data analytics, and manage projects end to end. The role will partner with process owners and stakeholders across the organization as well as external service providers and vendors on a wide variety of initiatives to drive operational excellence through collaboration and innovative use of information.

  • Manage key operational metrics and identify opportunities to optimize operations staffing, service levels, customer satisfaction, and control operational expenses.
  • Continually improve a number of servicing processes leveraging data analytics and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN).
  • Develop comprehensive Cost Benefit Analysis (CBAs) to capture financial impacts of initiatives and drive prioritization of projects.
  • Identify new ways to leverage data and information to drive insights and better understand customer and employee experiences.
  • Take ownership of specific Money Movement process to drive strategy, operations and support.
  • Work with Vendor and various stakeholders for regular operations and improvements.
  • Work on issues, fixes and remediations as part of strategy ownership for different processes.
  • Manages operations incentives.
  • Develops operational reports.
  • Completes analyses and identifies potential business opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here is what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business
  • 6+ years of experience in Operations, Financial Analysis
  • In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of experience in Operations, Financial Analysis

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Analytics, Engineering or a related field
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or demonstrated process improvement experience
  • Experience with analyzing structured & unstructured data to drive fact based business decision making
