Be the reason we help millions of consumers build a brighter financial future and achieve yours along the way with a rewarding career.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EResponsible for planning, directing, and coordinating multiple product management activates across cross functional as well as external business partners information system projects.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProduct Management role with specific ownership of product activities, milestones and action tracking across business initiatives.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EParticipates in Agile sprints, planning, and executions.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EReviews and manages project plans, demonstrating effective cross-business coordination and communication of project activities\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManages project scopes and deliverables within preset budgets and timelines\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EInitiates and generates appropriate stakeholder reports to aid cross-business communication and supports data-driven business decisions\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPartners with the business and vendors to identify business opportunities and secures support and cooperation to quickly resolve problems that may arise with the managed products\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProgram increment (PI) and future roadmap continuous grooming specific activities management and follow-up, including ongoing maintenance of delivery roadmap and initiatives.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECoordinating and managing priorities across all stakeholders including follow-ups across Business Technology (BT), Test architecture, cross functional stakeholders for readiness and prioritization of initiatives.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EWork with the initiative owners, cross-functional PMs to create Milestones and Track ongoing activities across business initiatives.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManage Risk / NIC / Due Diligence process for all program initiatives within the team.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDocumentation on project materials and updates\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMinimum Qualifications\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E4\u002B years of experience in Project Development Product Management, or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EIn lieu of a degree, 6\u002B years of experience in Product Management, Digital, Agile, or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPreferred Qualifications\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPrevious Agile experience, SAFe preferred (Scaled agile)\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated ability to coach, manage change, collaborate across groups, develop people and influence the organization\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EGood written, oral and presentation skills\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAct as a liaison between the internal Business Partners and Business technology (BT) partners.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EServes as a knowledgeable resource to obtain answers to business-related questions for the BT partners\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EEnsure all questions/issues/legal and risk requirements are resolved prior to release; work with BT to develop post-installation validation task list; ensure all business validation occurs successfully\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E The same way we treat our employees is how we treat all applicants - with respect.
