**Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Onboarding offers the industry's most**

**comprehensive suite of treasury and trade solutions including cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity management and investment services, working capital solutions, commercial card programs, trade finance and services. The North America Onboarding team has over 150 employees located across the United States, Canada and Columbia. This team is responsible onboarding clients onto Citi services.**

**The Onboarding Transformation organization is a key stakeholder in the product launch process. We work in partnership with Product Management to design a streamlined client onboarding process that aligns with our onboarding design principals: Fast, Digital, Simple and Innovative.**

**As a NAM Onboarding Transformation Readiness Lead, you will have the opportunity to manage the multiple products and solutions from design through launch. This role partners with Product Management, Controls, Business Management, Onboarding Management and SMEs in order to deliver the most effective client onboarding experience possible.**

**Key Responsibilities** **:**

**Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of materials and artifacts that are**

**required to support the Onboarding business**

**Engaging with Product Managers to understand new solutions to enable an excellent**

**client onboarding experience aligned with the design principles**

**Partnering with Onboarding Functional Leads to continuously refine processes**

**and controls**

**Coordinate and participate in Senior Steering and working group sessions**

**Partner with senior business leaders and a widely distributed global community to**

**define and implement solutions**

**Define and execute training for new product launches**

**Knowledge & Experience** **:**

**knowledge of Payments and Receivable products**

**Proven track record delivering complex technology, change management & process re-engineering programs, business analysis**

**Project or Program Management skills**

**Process design/ reengineering experience**

**Ability to leverage organizational network to deliver material results.**

**Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.**

**Strong partnership orientation proven ability to overcome challenges with partners collaboratively & hold partners/colleagues to account for accurate delivery.**

**Flexibility ability to manage a large & varying workload (i.e., volume, complexity & composition)**

**Strong Control awareness and analytical approach**

**Results orientation, strong execution skills**

**Attention to detail & diligence**

**Highly energetic & positive with a proven ability to work independently (self-starter).**


**5+ years experience in related field**

**Project Management Certification (PMI) desired**

**Process Re-engineering (Lean Six Sigma) desired**

**Bachelors/University degree**
