The Loyalty Product Manager assesses the performance of and shapes the structure and direction of new and existing product lines and leads the development and execution of strategic product plans for key initiatives such as the introduction of new products, product line extensions or product enhancements. Accountable for achieving specific goals for each product, including evaluating product performance and identifying innovations to address customer needs and improve product performance in the market.\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E*This role is ideally located in Riverwoods (IL), but Phoenix (AZ) or New Albany (OH) will be considered.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EIdentify sources, monitor, analyze and interpret key product performance metrics including financials, network volumes, other key statistics and internal/external customer feedback trends, then develop and communicate findings and make strategic and tactical recommendations for performance improvements.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDefine and execute strategic product road-maps to build new products, enhance existing products or improve performance.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies and methodologies to on-board new partners.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ETrack and understand industry trends, research findings and competitive innovations.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProvide business analysis and reporting on a periodic basis.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECollaborate with cross functional teams to develop or support sales efforts or go-to-market strategies.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EServe as Product Management business lead on cross-functional teams, including internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technology in the evaluation, development, management and/or enhancement of assigned products and/or programs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPerform client workshops and solution sessions\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMinimum Qualifications\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EAt a minimum, here\u0027s what we need from you:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree in Information Technology, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E6\u002B years of experience in Card Payments, Network, Acquiring, Issuing, Mobile Technologies, Digital Payments or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EIn lieu of a degree, 10\u002B years of experience in Card Payments, Network, Acquiring, Issuing, Mobile Technologies, Digital Payments or related field including Product Management experience\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPreferred Qualifications\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EIf we had our say, we\u0027d also look for:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EMaster\u0027s Degree in Information Technology, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ELoyalty knowledge and/or past Loyalty/Offers/Rewards role experience\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProduct Management experience\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EClient facing experience including demos or solutioning\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EVendor management experience\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E The same way we treat our employees is how we treat all applicants - with respect.
