This role will be the project management SME within the Global Talent Acquisition COE and will work in close collaboration with the Sr. Manager, GTA Programs, other GTA leaders, Talent COE leaders and Global HR colleagues. Using project management expertise and techniques, the person in this role will work across various and multiple projects within the talent acquisition function.

The person in this role must be expert at applying project management approaches across varied projects, which will range from focused recruiting projects and events, TA technology, analytics projects, tool implementation and process optimization projects. The ability to collaborate at all levels across the enterprise, HR COEs and the regional talent acquisition teams, as well as with external partners is critical. The person in this role focuses on project management excellence by correctly scoping projects and delivering projects on time, within scope and within budget.

  • Provide project management expertise for the integration of external partners (e.g., search firms, RPO providers, technology partners)

  • Tracking of global project initiatives to ensure on-time and cost effective delivery

  • Plays a key role in helping to drive regional Talent Acquisition project initiatives, including but not limited to: Employer Branding; Candidate Experience; Interviewing and Assessment Capability

  • Facilitates local and regional department meetings, while ensuring successful event organization and the distribution of relevant materials

  • Manage the planning of internal and external meetings/conferences

  • Manage the worldwide talent acquisition budget to include planning, tracking, and forecasting within a global environment adjusting to changing business needs as necessary

  • Provide primary Talent Operations support for all audit requests – SOX, IT Security (SSAE16, ISO27001, FEDRAMP), Client, and Government audits

  • Audit background check and new hire form completion as well as regularly work with Legal to keep forms, offer letters and processes current with all relevant regulations

  • Partner with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) across all HR disciplines to project  manage cross-functional  processes, programs and policies that add value to centralize a shared services function

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned


  • Reports To: Global Dir. Programs & Analytics

  • Direct Reports: None

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, finance, HR or a closely related field of business is required

  • Master’s Degree or MBA preferred

  • 3+ years global project management in Talent, HR or general business operations

  • Experience with Workforce Planning programs highly desired

  • 2+ years project management experience (PM certification highly desired)

  • Familiar with Workday Recruiting highly desired

  • SME role with capability to conceptualize and develop processes/SOPs

  • Prior experience with geographically dispersed teams required

  • Advanced level experience with Excel and PowerPoint
